- Notice is hereby given that the Owner

Will receive sealed proposals for the procurement of headworks screen equipment for the John Day Wastewater Treatment Plant according to the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Inc. and accepted by the Owner. Work includes submission of shop drawings, equipment fabrication, delivery to the site, and field services such as testing, startup, and training.

3. Pre-Proposal conference. A nonmandatory, virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 4, 2025 from 4:00PM – 5:00PM (Pacific Standard Time). Reach out to Lauren Tetzloff at laurentetzloff@kennedyjenks.com to receive a Teams Meeting invitation.
4. Proposal Documents. Electronic proposal documents may be downloaded by inputting QuestCDN eBidDoc Number 9557813 on the QuestCDN website: https://www.questcdn.com/cdn/posting/?keyword=9557813
5. Proposal Opening. An electronic copy of the Proposal shall be emailed directly to Lauren Tetzloff. Proposals will be received until 3:00PM (Pacific Standard Time) on March 19, 2025. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. The original copy of the Proposal with wet signatures shall be delivered to the following address so that it arrives by March 21, 2025: 450 East Main Street, John Day, Oregon 97845.
