The second public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of John Day, County of Grant, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 will take place Tuesday, the 4th day of June 2024 at 6:30 pm the John Day Firehall at 316 S Canyon Blvd, John Day, Oregon.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive comments from the public on the budget and recommend a proposed budget to the City Council.  This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.  A copy of the budget document may be obtained by contacting City Hall at 541-575-0028 or cityofjohnday@grantcounty-or.gov.  Any person may appear at the meeting and testify before the Budget Committee.
