Spring Coloring Contest

As the weather becomes warmer and we all begin relying on greater water use, we are reminded how blessed John Day is to be able to draw on a large aquifer. We would like to remind residents that water conservation does not just help the bank account but ensures adequate supply for future generations. The attached coloring page is a fun picture showing how the city uses wells to tap into this aquifer. The city also utilizes Long Gulch Spring. We hope everyone is out enjoying the great weather and can't wait to see all the submissions!
